We have heard that the Tata Sky Group has already got a bad name when it comes to customer service, the pronunciation and language of staff is more than just pathetic and similarly their IVR system and commitments.
Also the best part is that if you are not satisfied with their customer service, you can write to their Nodal Officers as mentioned on their website and again the bestest part is that on their website itself they have mentioned...

Actually, my name is Habibur Rahman Mollah. RMN is [protected].and in my account I couldn't register my Redmi 3s prime mobile. When ever I entered my RNM, to login. It shows an error massage. like you device has already registered in an another tatasky account. But truth is I have never ever registered this device on tata Sky online TV before.....

I have to removed the to additional pack of my list STAR SPORTS CRICKET AND STAR MOVIES...

What pathetic customer service from your end. The people from senior desk (Kavya, Santosh, Amrita, Sweta) are not at all responsible in taking up complaints seriously. My set top box is not receiving signal from past 2 days but it has yet not been resolved. I am loosing my patience as after taking your premium services, i am not being served well. Same problem has occurred again in past 10 days, i didn't expected this kind of customer experience....

Last 10 day i am not able to see TV as because i not get signal in my Tata sky i register complaint and they Told that it is chargeable and i say closed my account and refund my balance but no action taken only herasment. I call more than 5 time and adviser are behaving like we are not customer and not take any thing seriously they do what they want to do as This is monopoly i am very upset from this service and finally take other DTH service...

I am trying to disconnect tata sky. I have repeatedly called them but they pass the buck to their back end team on disconnection. Back End team calls but do not continue the conversation. Hence we are unable to disconnect the tata sky connection. Consumer number: [protected]. Again when I call the customer care number, they try to delay the call.
Back team keeps calling but do not fully undersand the request because they dont speak...

Looks like Tata Sky wanted to play April Fools on me. Ordered their Showcase movie tonight. The channel wasnt working. After talking with two different people it was fixed. Then, I was told I can watch the movie only till midnight. While booking I am told I can watch the movie for a day. I asked either I want it for a day or a refund. Was told their process doesnt allow either and I can talk with complaint department and billing department....

I am not able to watch a lot of channels such as sony HD, star gold, life ok, etc. which are a part of my pack.. when I submitted the complaint to tata sky, a representative told me that there is some technical issue and she'll send me a technician to whom i'll have to pay Rs. 200 for his visit.. Why should I pay anything when there is no fault of mine... 50% channels are coming and rest are not working.. eg.- sony is coming and sony hd and...

It is very sad to see a reputed company like Tata sky fleecing people in broad daylight. I have had to replace my HD Settop box three times within a span of 5 months and paying Rs. 400 each time. The service engineers give you faulty repaired boxes and give a warranty of 1 month, but the settop box has been conking off with regularity every 2 months. the first time it was changed was in November 2016 and it promptly conked off in Jan 2017...

Your toll free numbers are never accessible via landline. But when we try to call via a phone the number is working totally finely. So this is a way to take charges from the mobile company from ourr account. So finally we are paying to talk with you. So stop calling it a toll free number. Please look forward to this issue. Very disappointed with the expirience...
