[Resolved] Tata Sky — Refund not received | |||
I done a tatasky dth recharge on my friend’s account on 10.08.2021 via freecharge wallet on tatasky website.The paid amount is 270, amount debited from my freecharge wallet but in tatasky account it doesn’t reflected. So I contacted the tatasky customer service and told them the issue, the customer service agent told me that they can see the amount and it cannot be credit to my friend’s tatasky account, and the 270 will credit back to me within 10days. And they told me to recharge the tatasky account for use, so i done another recharge and it’s reflected in the tatasky account. I waited more than 10 days. But didn’t received the amount, so I called the customer service and registered a complaint and their mail too. Only got an auto response mail.And again waited few days, no response from their side, the entire process repeated several times, they are so careless to my issue, still I didn’t received the amount.
