Sir/mam, i did my recharge on 31st october as well as today on 11th november from the tata sky app. Amount was 343rs and then i did 336rs. Both the transactions are said to be successful on my paytm upi transfer @hdfc bill desk. The amount has been debited from my account. But recharge couldn't be processed from tata sky. I need my refund. Why i have to recharge again and again. Where is my money gone?...

Due to unawareness of tata sky uneducated employee and dumb distributor in daltonganj, Jharkhand pin-822101
Wrong setup box has been installed at my place . It has been 5 days i have raised my request to fix the issue but no response has arrived from their support team.
I want to lodge the complaint againt the company to refund my amount and take back their stup and all the accessories

regarding tata sky binge

I have paid tata sky new installation on oct 8, after few days they called and offered tata sky binge fire stick and i literally asked them 4 to 5 times about the free service, even then they said it is free only.
After getting installed they didnt even inform.
When i saw my account details i got to see that they charge 249 rs for the binge service.
When i called the customer care, they said its mandatory

incompetent service

Tata sky box has been providing me with an error for a month. Every time a service staff comes he says its an it error that will get sorted within 2 days. They close the complaint (When they are not supposed to) and leave. When i follow up the call centre says the issue was resolved. And they send another service staff who gives same excuse. Now they wont compensate me for one month that i did not receive service. Rather the call centre questions...

recharge related help

I didn't use the service for 3 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company....

Not operated tata sky for a month now i when i started it showing that wrong card for this setup box (Pairing error). Please fix so that i can use the service provided by tata sky. Also please a suggestion is there any pack that i design myself if yes please tell the steps. I tried from all platform but unable to do so. Kindly right this mistake which is there as soon as possible so i can see channels please.

account not activated post recharge

I have recharged my tata sky account prior to an hour the deadline and it's been 2 hours that i have my account deactivated. I gave miss call on the number provided 4 times and nothing took place.
Then i called the helpline and they talked to me about half an hour explaining to me that they understand my problem and still didn't activate my account....

Hi i didn`t recharge my tata sky last month, but when i came back from vacation and recharge it today on 7th nov 2019 at 8.00 am there is a message pop up on tv "this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error 14. fraud and signal money issue

I would say this is fraud as my box had an issue of signal and they changed it and as my box was in warranty they charge us 400rs of new box they even knew our box was in warranty and after that when we recharged (200rs) to re activate our box they cut money from it too and all they say is they'll send techniquel assistant and he comes after 2 days very cheap service very dissapointed...

scam : error code 14 : pairing error

I have recharged my tata sky after 2-3 months and post recharge it was showing error code 14.

I called customer care and they were asking me to pay 150 to the technician... I refused to do so as my set top box was untouched and the issue is from there end only.. I even asked for troubleshooting steps which they fail to provide... I insisted to provide complain number but customer support was providing...

And i call and complient they will not take any action... How they take the channel already subscribed. Without my permission how they delete from my subscriber channel list. If you take action against tata sky and refund my money or refund channel....

I made my request no 1g1noexg as on 1st may 2019 to upgrade my existing connection to hd via chat on tata sky. After a discussion with executive, i deposited rs 1000/- in my account for it (Cost shared by him rs 999/-) on same day/time.

In-spite of many times follow up still its pending after a long wake up period till date.

At the time of installation myself debnath chandra contacted a tatasky office at sovabazar, kolkata over phone [protected] for installation of a dishtv (Non hd) on 30.9.2019 and specifically told the sucsbriber name will be smt. Chhabi laha (My mother-in-law) and address is 7a, joy mitter street, kolkata-700005. But somehow that lady wrongly registered my name instead if smt. Chhabi laha. So problem arises at the time of renewal of packeage....
