Tata Sky — Cheating by Tata Sky dealer

We have been cheated by the tata sky dealer m/s swastik enterprises, Shop No 4 Taniya Sargam, Near Dubey Medical Collage, Link Road, Nalasopara East, Thane - 401209 operated by Hemant Pujari and his wife Sheela Pujari ( Mob nos. [protected], [protected] ). Hemant has collected Rs. 3210 on 18th july 2014 for a new dishtv connection with vc. No. [protected] inclusive of 6 months recharge amount. However, the dishtv stopped working on 16th August 2014. Whenever we contact Hemant Pujari and his wife, they do not respond properly, or disconnect the phone. He is a big cheat. Please do not deal with this fraud. This agency has not provided us with a bill for the amount paid. However, we have taken voice recording of the communication transpaired at the time of making payment to this agency.
