Tata Sky — Dish connection top up not recharged

This is my second complaint no response frm u till now . Ihad purchased tata sky dish connection frm uon 12/11/15. at cost of 3700 for new connectio with dhamal mix pack and i paid extra 770 for english entertainm, ent pack so atotal of 4470 paid by debi card of BOI. . got the collection but english entertainment not recharged.. plz look into it urgently.
