This is my second complaint no response frm u till now . Ihad purchased tata sky dish connection frm uon 12/11/15. at cost of 3700 for new connectio with dhamal mix pack and i paid extra 770 for english entertainm, ent pack so atotal of 4470 paid by debi card of BOI. . got the collection but english entertainment not recharged.. plz look into it urgently....

I had ordered new connection of tata sky thru compare dth on 12/11/13 . I had ordered for dhamal mix pack with new connection costing Rs. 3700.00. Same time also asked for top up of english entertainment pack at Rs 770. my services started on 13/11/14/ but without the english top up . I hav payed Rs 4470 thru BOI debit card.
