Tata Sky — Disruption of signal for almost more than 24 hours....twice in a month.ID NO.[protected] | |||
i have decided to switch over from TATA SKY to Videocon or Airtel immediately.You have no minimum responsiblity to inform your subscriber by a mass notification for your disruption of transmission for so long cotinious period..i received better service by local cable operator than yours i think.Even you never deduct charges for this period on daily basis.I think your technical device for sending signal to satellite is back dated or out dated.Even i think you want to wind up your business in near future. Unless you justify your disruption service in an acceptable, reasonabale and convincing way else i shall bound to post this massage in the consumer forum for redressel and publicity.
