Tata Sky DTH — Cancellation of tata sky dth

We had cancelled the dth connect suggested by the sales person at viveks porur show room on 11.11.15. It is almost 20days since we informed them.this dth service was forced by the sales person even after we informing them that we an sun dth at our home.they said that the tv we purchased is not compatible with sun dth but we found it is working perfectly with sun dth so we decided to cancel the Tata sky dth booking.we have informed sales person Mahesh, Basker and manager karthi about our cancellation many times.they refused to accept our cancellation. Kindly cancel our Tata sky dth booking and refund our money immediately. Our bill no is 11k11508108 dated 9.11.15

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will settle your grievance.
