Details - Last recharge date - 21 april 2016 Expected next recharge date - 21 may 2016 Problem statement - Tatasky account blocked due to unavailability of balance on 15 may 2016. Why this happened even when there is one complete week available for expiry. Sequence - Installed tatasky 2 months back with sports dhamaka pack. With subscription price 360. There was a free hd subscription for 1 month as a free start offer. (Which i never requested, this was complimentary). On 21 april 2016 i got my account recharged with 360 (Sports dhamaka) + 25 (International news) + 85 (English movie) Expecting next recharge fall on 21 may 2016. My account suspended today (16 may 2016) saying that my account do not have balance. I asked customer care that how this is possible when i do not opt for any additional service. And then customer care came back saying Tata sky's free hd access expired on 26 april 2016 and after that you are charged for that. But how they can extend the service without my permission. I asked customer care that why the pack was not expired post its free period. Customer care said that we cannot drop it without your request/written permission to us. But then my question is how do they charge for it without my permission. I was never informed while recharging that the additional hd access fee is being levied on me. If the pack was free then post its expiry it would have removed from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I paid 540 Rs on 9 May 2016 as per BIL/[protected]/may/TATASKY_FICI446 from ICICI bank. But my account is still deactivated. Sent many mails and messages. No positive response yet
