Tata Sky — no signal for the past 20 days

my sub I'd:[protected] we just complained about no signal on April 2.A guy came two days ago and said DAT we need to replace set up box and it I'll cost 350 and we should also said OK he told that he replace it tomorrow but 2 days over still not replaced the box if I tried to call he rejects worst from tata sky .time to consider airtel or Videocon .
