[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal from 5 days | |||
No signal from tatasky dish tv displaying 'Bad weather conditions'. Customer care is asking us to pay service visit 150/- else they are not ready to resolve. They are asking to close the account if I am not willing to pay... Very bad service asking customer to shift to other networks instead of solving the issue... Why should customer has to pay 150/- if he pays monthly charges regularly??? They are ready to hold, deactivate but not problem resolution... Worst service of customer care...
