No signal problem happens often and we could not watch TV for two. Again it happens with in less than a month, The company always says upgrading the system. How long the customer will face these kind of problem from from a leading dish TV operator, We want the company to compensate for the inconvenience causing us

Its been one week since i informed no signal problem and my work order is NS[protected].
but still no action from your end. this is completely annoying service.couldnt contact your helpline, email, help desk everything is just for show. are you doing business or what.

I GOT ONE MESSAGE ON 09/04/2015 REGARDING COMPLETION OF ABOVE WO WHICH I LODGED ON 04/04/2015. IT WAS A REAL SURPRISE FOR ME THAT WITHOUT ATTENDING MY HOME FOR SERVICING, YOUR SERVICE PERSON HAS EXECUTED THE ABOVE WO AND SENT ME SMS. TODAY I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER A LONG CONVERSATION WITH YOUR ME. SAURAV WHO ATTENDED THE CALL AT 1:08 PM AND INFORMED ME THAT SOME MR. TINKU HAD VISITED MY HOME AND COMPLETED THE W.O. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AND MY HOME IS ALWAYS REPRESENTED MY MOM AND NO ONE CAN RETURNED SAYING "DOOR IS LOCKED". I NOW REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INTERVENE PERSONALLY ABOUT WRONG INFORMATION YOUR ENGINEERS ARE PROVIDING AND DELETING SERVICE REQUESTS. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS LEAST EXEPECTED FROM A CO OF YOUR REPUTE.SUPARNA CHOWDHURY

one attented to resolve the problem.but the message has been sent from the customer care, that the

person will attend to check the signal problem.

But yet no one call me. I registered my complaint many times but no reply from other side. Please solve my problem otherwise I have to look for other option.

No signal still continues for more than a month. Calls to customer service failed due to congestion. Will it be resolved or we are cheated. Is anyone taking action on tata sky for their cheating.registered no is [protected]
Sir, my TATASKY DTH ID is [protected]. From the last few days we could not be able to watch some of the channels including all the Bengali channels due to no signal problems occured in those channels. In this context, several phone calls have been made during last four days to the representative but all found in vain as they are not taking proper initiative to rectify the same. I am an old customer and it is painful to me that this type of non-response has to be received though I am regularly paying my recharge amount.
From past 1 wk i have been trying to contact the tata sky costmer care...bt they just keep me waiting...don ans. my call...my tata sky connection is not working from past 1 wk...its showng no signal...my reg. id is [protected]

Tata Sky — satellite box does not come on...

Whilst working, suddenly the satellite box goes off. Will not come on. The green light of the power supply is still on. If I disconnect the power and leave it off for few hours it will come back on, but will not last long.
