Dear Sir, 1. There is no sig in my set top box ID no [protected]. Work order No isNS[protected]. 2. Inspite of contacting directly to your local representative thrice, he is just not coming to check & speculating on phone only that my LNB/ TV or something or the other is wrong & trying to put blame on me. 3. Last time also on attending my complaint never came to rectify. Person like this spoil reputation of such a trusted firm like TATA SKY. Non response i correcting & only sms apology is not warranted from a firm like TATA SKY. Each day with out signal is precious day of my life & my family's pleasure wasted because of TATA SKY.
