[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor picture quality and supervisor and manager are abusing. | |||
Till now i have raise 4 request and all of them have been closed without any resolution. If i call cutomercare for the status they say they are very sorry for the inconvenience, every time i call they say the same. Below are the request number which i have been raised and closed without any resolution. 1) 1x3atlyy 2) 1w6wixqw 3) 1w0a7yr7 4) 1vgbbzo9 Above all the request have been closed without customer satisfaction. Why should we raise request when they have to close the without our satisfaction. The supervisor (Dasari yadagiri very irresponsible, mannerless) who has sent the technician for the attend the request is very careless, he doesn't gives respects to me even once also, very rude in his talking and closed all the request without my confirmation. This is how you process the request? One technician came to attend the request said that it is fault with my tv. I have showed him the hd channels and said with there is a problem with my tv with hd channels where as it was with good picture quality. For another request another technician came and he has done some picture settings i. E., brightness, colour, contrast, so i need to do for each and every channels the same things. Another technician said that tatasky sd channels quality will be like that only compared to other dth services, better to go for other dth services as they are going to provided good picture quality. My tv is sony bravia. Before your tatasky hd set top box i used to have local cable connection, they used to provide good picture quality for all the sd channels. Today supervisor (Dasari yadagiri mobile number:[protected]) along with his manager (P subhash mobile number:[protected]) were abusing (The word utter lanjakodaka) me. This is how tata sky asking your representative to talk to the customers. Iam considering the above matter very seriously. supervisor was saying that they will close the request immediately without giving any resolution to the customer and no need to take any confirmation from customer to close the request, if such is the case what is the use of our opening the request.
