Tata Sky — Recharge refund | |||||
I've recharged my Tata Sky account on 11/5/2016 for amount of Rs 1065. On 26/5/2016 Tata sky disconnected my Account stating the reason that you've not recharged your account. After several enquiries they told me that the recharge done on 11/5/16 has been reversed twice and it'll come in your bank account. Still I haven't received those amounts in my bank account. I've already send them my passbook images to clear the air but they are not listening. I've recharged my account to cover negative balance on 26/5/2016 for 1100/- and 1065/-. I'm liable to receive those twice reversal in my account i.e 1065*2=Rs2130/-. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same incident happened in Jan'16, My brother has recharged Tata sky with 1030/- twice on 16/01/16. Tata sky customer care executive told him that they have refunded on amount. Amount refunded as temporary refund on 03/03/16 but again reversed on 16/05/16. So they have charged twice for one month. Total amount extra charged by them is 2130+1030= 3160/- still my connection is deactivated.
