[Resolved] TCS — Provogue - No information about dispatch the Provogue watch | |||
I have ordered a watch from provogue under an offer from ICICI bank. Provogue has deducted an amount of 299 from my account on 1st August 2015. The status of my order as of 21st August 2015 is Processing and this has been in processing from the order date and its been 21 days. The customer care numbers provided are also not working (either it says busy or no one attends).I looked for every possible customer care number but none of the no.s are functional. My order number is[protected]. I want my product asap or i want the refund in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
