[Resolved]  Aircel Assam Circle — false billing on internet usage

Dear Sir, I have received bill (Mobile no : [protected]) for the period 20/09/2013 to 20/10/2013 for rs-281/-.After that my unbilled usage shoots up to more than rs-600/- suddenly on query customer care executive told me bill is due to internet usage but i have not used that much i was a customer for last four years then my o/g and incoming facilities are withdrawn request for bill correction to keep the faith of a valuable customer thank u.
