Aircel Orissa — Unfair deduction of Balance by Aircel Orissa

Sir, Myself Mr. Priyabrata Sahu, of Odisha. My Aircel number is [protected]. On 11th May Rs.5 had deducted from my account. Then I call Customer Care to resolve the same on the same day. She told me that I have subscribed some Music Service, But I tell them that I don't do anything like that. Then she said "I have register a complain, so that you can get back your money within 48 hours". But after 48 hours my amount doesn't credited, so I called Customer Care again on 15th May and asked for the complain. But she said that no complain was registered on 11th May in my number. So I told her to register a complain so that I can get back my money. Then she said after 24 hours no complain can be registered and also said that I could not get back my money.
