My name Rasool, I have taken Airtel Postpaid Datacard connection [protected] on June 2012, its not worked properly in my area in the next month i cancelled connection by paying one month and rental charges at customer care near Electronic city phase 1 gate and asked customer peoples please cancel the connection and they told we don't have cancellation forms , please call 121 and cancel the connection, i called and said please cancel the connection and paid all the amount the customer execute said ok sir , we will cancel and call has closed and same thing written number of mails to airtel presence and 121 to cancel connection ,after 1 1/2 month got a call from airtel asking pay the bill. i told i have placed cancellation why should i pay bill, they said its in active state we need to pay the bill. Just last week i got a mail saying Legal notice from Lok-Adalath (Pre-Litigation Case No.252732/13). i have called to airtel customer care and asked few questions to clarify those are
1. Airtel will record all the calls, i asked please provide the footage of my call on mentioned date.
2. they ignored cancellation at call, in the 1 1/2 i told i placed cancellations they have enquire and stop generating bill right.
3. What is Out standing amount on each airtel bill then how it will generate bill of 5 months. Was this information helpful? |
