Very next day of complain from Teleshopping a call came to my wife contact no. and ask for her Bank Detail towards refund of money by some one naming Mr. Amit Kumar Srivastava contact no. [protected].
Till today we not get the refund of money from Teleshopping, now mr. amit kumar srivastava not receive call.
After getting bank detail, mr. amit misguided towards refund and very unusual demand he require that is at the time of fund transfer my wife should be at ATM of that particular bank. Why he require this demand we cont understand.

Product : Roti Maker
On sunday night (30th August 2015) i booked a ROTI MAKER (Rs. 1990) through phone, their phone number was ([protected] /[protected]) and i received the product yesterday i.e., on 1st September 2015 around 11:30 AM.
When we started to use it we found a problem in the product.
On that box there is a customer care number which is same number they gave for booking the product. When i call up them for the first time to register complaint they said that soon i will receive a call from complaint department. unfortunately now it is almost a week, still i am waiting for the call.
when i am call them they are just disconnecting the call.

teleshop teleshopping — Damaged goods
Roti maker is damaged and also there is no stand of roti maker in the packet.
Purchaser Name : Nupur Banerjee, Lucknow.
Date of Purchase : 16th April' 2015,
Bill No. 226/35 Bill date : 16/04/2015
Company Name : Teleshop Teleshopping, S-3, Tirupati Tower, Khatipura Circle, Jaipur - 302012 (RJ) Customer Service Ph. No. [protected].
Article purchase online from teleshopping, as per seller commitment if product non suitable to purchaser they return back used open product and refund the money.
As the product not suitable we register request towards return on 24th April'2015 on given CS ph no. [protected].
As of now no one come to return of product and refund of money. But every time CS misguide towards return of goods and now they disconnect ph when knew towards product return request.
