Hi, i am also one of the victim for tgs layouts and shouting for support. No support extended from pmo office after lodging approx. 25 complaints. Cid report shows 1500 scam but how we can recover from these fraud people. This is the second and third scam from them since there was no action taken at first scam. I am not sure whether i will get the money back or not. Why always common man should suffer, can't government take action with who...

Hi,

I am suraj. I had booked two plots in padmavathi project investing 6.5 lakhs. As per agreement (Signed by mandeep kaur), i waited for 15 months after booking the plots and on jan 25th, 2017 the 15 month period got over. I went to tgs layouts office on 26th jan 2017. The main office in hsr layout was shifted to another building just opposite to the previous tgs office in hsr. I submitted the application for cancellation...

TGS Layouts — Land purchase deposit not returned

Hi
I had booked in TGS Vaishnavi (near airport) a plot and paid 3.75 Lakhs as initial payment in December 2014. Till now I have not received any information related to the registration nor return of my deposit.
I went to TGS Layouts office on 20th Feb 2017 and noticed that there is no office.
Please let know how to complaint or refund the deposited amount....
