Hello All, TGS seems to be a good company on an outlook but BEWARE!! Recently, I was looking for plots in and around Devanahalli and i came across TGS Vaishnavi project. The company assured me allotment and registration within 12 months and they told the property has clear title. Later, i approached BIAPPA, which is the concerned establishment of Government who has to give approval for formation of plots. They informed that the project (TGS Vaishnavi) is in "SPECIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE" which means other than agriculture, no other activity is allowed, including construction of house. Later, when i approached TGS with this concern, they offered me plots at huge discounted price and request me not to leak this news. But, myself being a customer i would like to awaken other customers and avoid them from getting cheated.

Hi, I have booked the plot in TGS Vaishnavi project in Dec 2014 in pre launch offer, and They have promised to register in 12 months... but now they are giving excuse and inform that they will go for DC conversion in 2 months time. Can anyone provided view on the project.

What ever said above is true. Even i have experienced the same with TGS and also they are very bad is customer service once you give advance. They tell they will give 8% interest but just giving back advance (without interest) itself need persuasion and till today (after 3 months) i have not a single rupee from the company.

TGS is a systematic trap. They know the weakness of middleclass people and using it for exploiting and cheating them.

Their advertisements are attractive, they have branch offices, free visit to site, pre launch low and negotiable price, so many marketing executives, customer care executives.

I also got trapped by above trap and booked two sites in tgs vaishnavi near devanahalli in April 2015. Even after 1.5 years tgs is saying DC conversion is not done. They had promised project completion and registration by Jan 2016. Now god only knows when dc conversion will happen and when I will get the site. No appreciation for my money and no guarantee whether I will get back money if I cancel the booking.

Be careful with tgs. Do not go for it without DC conversion

I had Cancelled the site in TGS Vaishnavi project due to personal reasons.
I was given 2 post dated cheques on ICICI BANK KORMANGALA BRANCH, to be cleared on 20/12/2016 and 22/12/2016.
Both the cheques got dishonoured the reason stated as ACCOUNTS CLOSED.
Please guide me as to what to do next.

Even I have faced the same issue. I have booked a plot in TGS Vaishnavi in 2014 Dec and now the office itself is not there. Have anyone approached police complaint or any other alternative to contact these guys for refund.
