TGS Layouts — Padmavathi project. Amount to be refunded.

Hi,

I am suraj. I had booked two plots in padmavathi project investing 6.5 lakhs. As per agreement (Signed by mandeep kaur), i waited for 15 months after booking the plots and on jan 25th, 2017 the 15 month period got over. I went to tgs layouts office on 26th jan 2017. The main office in hsr layout was shifted to another building just opposite to the previous tgs office in hsr. I submitted the application for cancellation of both the plots and as per the application, it said that within 90 working days the amount would be refunded. I was asked to contact a person by name manjunath ([protected]) from cancellation department after 4 days of submitting the cancellation. This was conveyed to be my the project manager nikitha jain on the day of cancellation. I somehow managed to talk to manjunath after 20 attempts and he said that a printed letter head paper would be issued in a week with details of when and how the money would be refunded. After a week i contacted him and his number was not reachable.in panic, i tried to contact other tgs employees and it was shocking that most of the numbers were invalid and rest were not reachable. Currently even the temporary office that they had set up after moving out of main office is shut down in hsr layout. Now with no updates, i am unsure on how to get the money refunded. None of the employees should be spared as they all had the hint of where all this was going to and none took any action to bring this to notice of police. They should equally be punished. Request to help me get my hard earned money back which i am desperately in need now.
