TGS Layouts — Non receipt of refund after cancellation.

I S.Manjunath invested in TGS Mahalakasmi with initial Payment of Rs.5.00 Lacs. on 29.03.2015. Despite cancelling the same in September 2016, till now i have not received the refund . I have approached the company two dozen times till now, but except assurances, no refund has been received. The Inspector at Madivala Police station also did not help much. TGradually they have closed their offices. first they closed their office near SPar super market next their office on right side of the road. which was their main hub . they wer operating from 2nd and third floor of remaining office on the left side of the roasd Since one week that is also closed.
Media is silent, Politicians are silent and police are also silent.

I request similar investors who can guide me how to get the refund and what is the avenue left now. Whether consumer forum can be of assistance.?
