Purchased a silk saree for diwali for rs. 2, 995 from chennai silks ernakulam showroom. However after the first clean water wash, the colors have totally faded. We did not use any detergent, but still the colors faded away. The saree has become totally useless now. Really disappointed due to the low quality product for a very high price. Very very worst experience we had with chennai silk hosur branch. We bought a pattu veshti for inr 9000, they gave 1759 inr as a voucher. This itself a big fraud. Pattu veshti cost inr 9000.

I placed an order online from chennai silks on june 7th. I tracked my order and it has been stuck at customs in sydney through aramex on june 12th. I visited chennai silks showroom in velachery yesterday (4 feb 2018).in the saree section located at 2nd floor there was a side with sarees in boxes.
2 lady employees who are pasting their stickers in saree we purchase were very impolite. One was with uniform saree and other person was wearing only the chennai silks tag. I was totally disappointed by their behaviour.

Today 04/02/2018 at nearly 01.30pm, we purchased clothes and toys in villupuram showroom. At that time, we purchased toy intex 110272 (Ps) product in villupuram branch.in that product the mrp is rs. 100/- only but u charged rs. 270/- for that product. So now i request you to give me the proper reason for charging above mrp and with refund amount.

There is a size mismach insted of size 5 i purchased size 4
I came here to exchange the sizes in same colours but there is no sizes in same colour

So i requested manager to arrange from other branches in size 5 in the same colours

Even i contacted online customer service also. There is a great failure...
