The Professional Courier — Unethical behavior-asking extra 9000 rs to deliver courier i sent | |||||
On 24th may i sent a courier to indore from bangalore which was a return shipment to ebay;the tracking code - pro3879501. On 28th it was confiscated by government (In airport or in a raid, not sure). They asked professional courier to pay a penalty of about 9000rs to release the courier. The courier company in turn asked me to pay the extra 9000rs. The courier was confiscated because a form (4a or somthing.. I wasnt given more info) was not present with my courier. I contacted the manager of their bangalore branch, she admitted it was branch fault. But they are not paying the fine, i have to. They even admitted it as their fault but is not delivering the order by payin the penalty themself. Please advice what i shoud do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
