The Professional Couriers — About delivery issue

Parcel booked on 22/12/2021 from kadapa, Andhrapradesh to Rajampet Andhrapradesh which is at distance of 55KMS. But till now we haven't received the parcel. On enquiry at my nearby professional courier office they said it was moved on 24/12/2021 so it will reach either on 27/12/2021 or 28/12/2021. This much delay/negligence is really upset us to communicate further with your parcel services. Now a days a lot of ways for shipping are available even though we still with professional courier service means think how much we believe on you but you your self spoiling it. Anyhow I realised finally that I have to develop the shipping process with other courier services except professional courier.

This is second time i'm facing the same issue from your courier services.
