The Professional Couriers — Cargo not delivered in 4 months and hr/tpc/ho playing mail forwarding game.

Capital first has dispatched a cargo containing capital first card (Easy buy card) on november 25, 2015 from professional courier under pod no nda1536633 from noida & designated to kolkata.

After 1 month i contacted kolkata customer care of professional courier, they told that, they haven't received the cargo.

Then i mailed [protected]@tpcindia.com on 28th february 2016. Since then they formed a mail chain among

Unnikrishnan kadamat is head of kolkata regional.After repeated mails by ho/hr mr. Unnikrishnan didn't responded to the mail.

Last mail from ashish majumder to mr. G.K.Verma on 18th march is bellow

But mr.G.K.Verma, didn't responded to the mail.
Since then professional courier representatives has stopped responding to my mails.

They are taking money and loosing the cargo which contains financial documents.

Loosing capital first card is threat to my finance directly.


This is the worst courier service i have ever seen.
