Sir I am from Haldwani Uttarakhand and booked one parcel to Kolkata vide docket no. RDR[protected] on 28.08.2021 which was insured for Rs. 4000. The same is delivered to Kolkata but broken. As I had paid premium for parcel risk coverage so the courier must refund my money rs 4000. I had called to local office, rudrapur office and Chennai office but all in vein. Written online complaint but no reply. Now the person to i had send the aquarium glass bulb reactor is asking me refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
