Dear sir/madam, I sent some important air port custem deparment documents through professional courier on 26/feb/19 from chembur to kurla west. But till date the courier was not delivered to the destination and the status on their website says 'out for delivery' from last 10. I tried reaching their customer care, mumbai branch of professional courier, mumbai office etc they are clue less. They mention the same thing that courier was out for delivery on 28-feb-19 and they don't know the current status. Doc no - kur[protected] ... Was this information helpful? | |||

My brother sent my father's medical prescriptions from Vizag to Hyderabad with tracking# VSP4152342 on March 6th. When I checked online, it is showing that it is delivered on 11th March, but, it is not delivered to me. When I call them, they are not responding to my query.
