The Professional Couriers — Consignment not received even after a week | |||
There was aconsignment sent from hosur to madurai on 29.09.2016. pod number:15793332. still it is not received. While asking about this koodal nagar branch person informed me on 03.10.2016 that delivery will be once in three days for rural areas.!!!??? Today when it was asked about this they have informed me it was handed over to some other person. how can it be done without my consent? why didn't they come to my doorstep? as of now it is not received. they are not updating me. continuously i am calling them but there is no proper response/reply. I am totally disappointed with your branch and i am forced to take legal action against this if it is not delivered atleast by this evening.
