The Professional Couriers — Courier Product damaged | |||
I’d sent an apple laptop from Rajahmundry to Srikakulam through the professional courier. They said if I choose “pro” courier service, it should be delivered by hand. But now my product received as broken display as I asked to both from and to points of professional courier offices. Now they’re trying to blame me saying that that “we aren’t responsible for any damages, our duty is to send and receiving parcels only”. I asked them, then why you suggested me to choose pro service with extra amount. Now am getting the only answer “we’re not responsible for any damages, we couldn’t help you out anymore”. But the bitter truth was this courier service was really unprofessional and the delivery agents are very igoistic and ready to blame on clients. Was this information helpful? | |||
