The Professional Couriers — Courier sent to wrong address and not delivered even after misroute

I had submitted a Courier on 7th October with address SAGAR in Karantaka. Mission Road near Richmond Circle Bangalore sent Courier to SAGAR -MADHYAPRADESH even though it was clearly mentioned state as Karanataka with PINCODE

On tracking the status continuously I was able to see Courier got misroute and sent back to Bangalore on 15th October

After that there is no updates till 31ST October even after calling useless unprofessional shameless customer and people working there

I had personally gone to Mission road branch and then met the Manager over there and got the promise saying she will be able to find out courier in next couple day and she gave her phone number

I tried to call her phone after days 10 times but there was no response. It seems all are very unprofessional people working in professional courier
