The Professional Couriers — Courier stuck at a place | |||
I had sent a courier on 8th aug and bu 9th aug it reached near the destination. It reached thr and is just not getting delivered. The customer care says call this number and ask them to send.. We cant do anything.. I still called them up and then the person on the other side says.. M outside will get back to u.. But this never happened. Being a customer, am i supposed to enquire everyday about my courier. These people are so not professional. I will make sure never to uae this service again. Was this information helpful? | |||
