The Professional Couriers — Delay in deliver the Courier

Dear Reader, My Father has Booked the very important medical certificate through The Professional courier consignment KDI890724 on 7th Oct-15 from Devakottai - Karaikudi, It was reached Ahmedabad at 9:00am on 9th Oct-15. Not yet delivered to me till (Almost all 82 hours gone). I could not understand when it will be reaching me.I totally fed up with the way service providing to customer by Professional courier fully disappointed. If i am register the complaint in their site always the show as OOOPS!!! Internal Server Problem. Kindly help me to get the courier on or before by 13th Oct-15. Regards, Pranmalai. [protected].
