The Professional Couriers — Delay in delivery of letter reg.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
In response to my complaint yesterday dt. 22/08/2021 it is to inform that my son had submitted one complain before the courier service at Bangalore due to non-delivery of letter to me in time. The copy of which is endorsed herewith for reference.

We have sent Courier on 9//08/2021 some urgent document to Cuttack but the courier still not delivered to the address. The courier person is so adamant that they are not delivering the consignment and getting it hold, asking to pick up the courier from the professional courier office . My father is very old, can't travel so that i have choose the courier service but staffs are calling different places to collect the courier instead of delivering to the address. They are threatened if my father will not collect it they will return it to me.

Need support and help to deliver the courier. This is a matter of trust and believe.
