The Professional Couriers — Delay in service and and unprofessional attitude | |
Horrible service from the Professional Couriers...my package # BML [protected] dispatched on Sept 23, 2021 has not yet been delivered until today, Oct 7 although it reached Sahibabad on Sept 29. Since then it has been lying there without any intimation. Yesterday called M#[protected], person very casually said "will be delivered". Sahibabad office has done this for the 2nd time. Earlier, in April 2021 too after severe delays and multiple calls a badly damaged package was delivered. When called their agent (#[protected]) who had picked up the package simply forwarded destination phone number. No response to the email sent to HQ customer service and regional customer service email ids even after 3 working days. Was this information helpful? | |
