I booked your courier service from Bangalore to Kurinjipadi (607302) for urgent need of medicine to my mother in Kurinjipadi on 3rd Dec 2022. It was informed to me in Bangalore that it will reach by 4th Dec 2022.
As per tracking Courier reached around 11:00 AM on 5th Dec 2022 at KURINJIPADI (607302) Local Courier office. We received call from your Kurinjipadi - Agent that we need to come and collect at the courier office.
We had paid the amount to deliver the courier to our home, We called them and informed that our house is very near to courier office kindly delivery as its medical needs. Your Local agent GASNESAN speaking very rude and informed us that we will deliver at his own convenient time only.
Until 5th Dec 2022 evening courier was not delivered to us. Kindly advise your local agent how to behave with customer, He is scolding us complaint to any level, I don't care.
Kindly keep the commitment provided to customer and train your agents how to behave with customer as its competitive world, like this person you can't run the business.
There are many courier service available, but we mistakenly tried your worst service and its waste of money and unnecessary tension for us.
We know this complaint also you will not going take it seriously, this will also be waste of time to me.
