A parcel was booked on May 3 from Thiruvalla, Kerala to Banglore. The parcel has reached Bangalore on May 5. Even after calling several times, the delivery was not given. Both the sender and the recipient kept calling but they kept ignoring. The parcel was dispatched from Thiruvalla on May 3 and delivered to Bangalore on June 28. Never take a service from professional courier. You can get into big trouble anytime. I have been using courier service for years but I have only had problems with professional couriers. These people don't value the customers.
