The Professional Couriers — Delivered damaged consignment

A parcel send to me through Profession Courier Services, on 13th Jan 2015 from Nellore was dispatched at destination a week later on 16th Jan 2015 and was not delivered to me and abandoned it in storage. I went and collected it by myself on 20th Jan 2015. After taking the parcel to home found that it was ruined completely by rodents and all the stuff inside, which includes 599rs t-shirt and few medicines worth 250rs were completely damaged. When went and asked for explanation in the Profession Courier Services outlet, the in-charge there was rude and impolitely asked to lodge a complaint.
