The Professional Couriers — Delivery of my induction stove top | |||
I packed my induction stove with the official packaging provided by Prestige and sent it from Bangalore to Pune via Professional Couriers on 7th July. I received a completely crushed, damaged and unusable stove top on 13th July and the customer service is completely unresponsive. They blamed my packaging instead even though I used Prestige packing with thermocol. I added multiple stickers which mentioned 'Handle with care', 'Glass inside', etc. but they are not taking any responsibility. This is a big financial loss for me and I request an immediate refund.
