Dear Sir, On 4th September Lt. Colonel Sandhya V Nair made a shipment from Delhi to Alleppey Kerala for Onam. Till this time we are getting false commitments on delivery of shipment. Mr. Tapan Kumar ([protected]) Delhi is the responsible person for this shipment. It was extremely urgent to reach alleppey before onam that is why we haven't waited for fedex till 5th September 2016. I had booked from chennai to pune courier through professional courier vide consignment no maa[protected] dated 10.9.16.Shocking that still the courier has not reached to the destination.Does it take 4 days.
