The Professional Couriers — Goods worth INR 1410 stolen by the company/delivery agents

Professional Courier has pan India offices but this theft took place at GTB Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi.

Hi there,

My name is Pratik Jha. My father, Ashok Jha sent a courier from Dahisar East Mumbai to Burari Delhi on 25th December 2023. The courier had clothes worth INR 4000 which were meant for the last rites ritual of a deceased relative.

The delivery agents at Professional Couriers stole clothes worth INR 1410 from the parcel and delivered the rest to the receiver on 27 December 2023. Need help as the company is blaming the receiver for the theft instead of taking accountability. These clothes had high sentimental value, hence would appreciate any action against this company.
