Quality policy. We at the professional couriers are committed to satisfy the expectations of our customers through timely and safe delivery of their consignments. Really?? Even in this digital age its shocking how rude and insensitive the branch people are in hyderabad. Its been 5 days and counting and still there is no visibility of parcel. People tell the same story that its with tolichowki branch.. And they (Tolichowki branch) tell that we don't have people to deliver you come and pick it up if its urgent. "urgent" really? |they say they will deliver it however it doesnt matter when.. It might take a week also.. They sounded like its your parcel you pick it up... Totally unacceptable behavior my consignment number is 295806.. I am not even hoping anybody would respond to this cause i've given up.. My question is why would professional couriers accept my money if they cannot deliver?.. Totally unacceptable service.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
