Dear Professional team, I want to bring out very unprofessional behavior or Professional courier. I bought Diwali gift for my relative which has to be sent to following address: Mr. Sudhamoy Sarkar BL 2F -102 Dakshini Apartment, Phase 1 Baishab Ghata Patuli Township, Kolkata – 700094 M-[protected] Mrs. Sudipa Mahapatra dispatched this saree from Silk Hub, Pure Bishnupur Silk M-[protected] Professional courier picked up saree on 18th November (According to Sudipa Mahapatra, Silk Hub -Phone no of Mrs. Mahapatra is [protected]). Today is 3rd November, saree is not delivered, nor I received tracking ID. When we asked for tracking ID, Howrah centre replied “they lost tracking id, it’s not their job to find tracking ID from so many sarees”. I want some tracking details or update on this expensive saree. Otherwise we have to take it to legal level. I am attaching audio clip of professional courier person in Howrah.
