The Professional Couriers — Im complaining about the bad behaviour of one of your employees | |
I had booked a courier from Bangalore to mumbai(bandra). After tracking the details several times the status was showing still at ville parle. Later today called the customer service mumbai the person said you have to pay the delivery charge of ₹10. He later sent me a google form asking all my personal details and bank details which included my UPI pin. When i refused to give the pin number he started misbehaving and using bad words. Please note this issue and beware of these fraudulent people who don’t have common sense and make the customer fools. Was this information helpful? | |
