The Professional Couriers — Laptop got damaged | |||
I have shipped the laptop to my friend's home (Ballabgarh near Faridabad) from my home (Yamunanagar) on 21/07/2021 from the Professional courier with 2.8Kgs (approx) I have packed the entire laptop properly with extra cardboard, packaging foam and tape and other cushions required so that the shipping does not cause any damages. But when my friend received the laptop, he told me that the box of laptop was torn badly and due to this the laptop inside got damage (screen got broke) that occurred in the shipping. TRACKING NUMBER OR REF NO : YNR[protected] The damaged part of my laptop body which costs me around 15000/- which was caused by the shipment. I want reimbursement for the damages caused by the professional courier. I've more videos and photos of the package but unable to uplaod it due to it's large size Was this information helpful? | |||
