The Professional Couriers — Late delivery of a pro premium package, please guide | |||||
The courier item was send to Trissur Kerala from Bangalore on 18th up on promise that it will definitely reach to the addressed person on 20th Saturday. I availed Pro Premium fto make sure that it reaches in time. The package was to some one in Qatar, and was addressed to a friend in Trichur who was travelling to Qatar on 22nd Monday. The Item only reached the main depot in Trichur on 22nd morning, by then my friend had boarded his flight. The loss worth delivering the parcel to Qatar by the Company it self. I'm from Coimbatore, sundarapuram branch the worst 20 days not received my last important documents courier. I'm calling the branch regularly but not picking G call at least one time. Worst ever
