The Professional Couriers — Least concerned about customer satisfaction. | |||
Parcel to be collected from their store I had a really worst experience with the professional courier this time. I earlier used to send rakhis using this courier which used to reach as promised. But this time, I sent a parcel to Bangalore. I didn't take regular follow ups as i was confident that it will reach. But they broke my confidence. After 6 days I checked the status and found that the parcel was attempted for delivery and the door was locked. They didn't even bother to call up the receiver and didn't even bother to leave some note behind. So I called up the courier office on Thursday night and then the guy replied that the courier is with them and asked us to come and collect it otherwise they will send it back. As the receiver was an employee and couldn't manage to go by 6 PM, I asked them to wait for a day and that he will collect the parcel on Saturday. He agreed to it. We went on Saturday to him to find that he sent the parcel back and was being rude that it was all our fault. After bargaining for a long time, he said he will try to get it back. So I waited for a day taking continuous follow ups. But in the tracking status I found that the parcel is heading to pune which was the origin. And I contacted the same guy, he said that he couldn't do much about it as the parcel is going back. So I contacted the customer care and then some how after a repeated follow up, I managed to send it back to the recipients nearest office. And its the same guy and now he refuses to deliver it asking us again to come and pick it up. As the receiver is an employee and his timings doesn't match with courier office timings, after requesting him a lot, he said he will deliver at the gate. I informed the watchman regarding the delivery. On the day of delivery, he calls me back and tells that the watchman is not ready to collect the parcel and he says he will send the parcel back to Pune. He added that they, the professional couriers usually don't call the customers while delivering and after a lot of argument, he delivered it at the gate and left cursing me. I think customer satisfaction is their least priority. And I suggest you guys to work on the same and avoid repeating such incidents further. PLease arrange for a call to customers or leave a note at the door which other courier services are offering. Was this information helpful? | |||
