The Professional Couriers — Misplaced parcel and no response to complaints | |||
had sent a parcel through professional courier on. May 25 2015 to Gurgaon from Dharwad.Courier number being DWR2717576.It has been misplaced or one of their employee has stolen it.Its actually a pair of shoes I bought from Jabong and returned it as I didn't like it.When I complained to Professional courier they said they will look into it and its been 15days and there is no action from their end.I was supposed to get the refund for it.Now I neither got the money not the product.Professional courier management is showing indifferent attitude.I have the entire mail trail.
